FAQ

We are a 3PL (third-party logistics) logistics company that will receive your product, palletized or non-palletized, and store, inspect, prep, package, and handle your product in any custom manner needed, and ship to wholesale purchasers or FBA (Fulfillment-by-Amazon) fulfillment centers.
Once your freight forwarder/customs broker has cleared your product through customs, your freight forwarder will connect with us regarding delivery of the product to one of our warehouses, and we will receive the product, palletized or non-palletized, with packing slip in hand. If loose freight, we will palletize and inventory as it arrives. If palletized, we will inventory and give you arrival notice with how many pallets, master cartons, weights, and dimensions to give you accurate information as to what stands in our warehouse.
All products are stored on 48x40 wood four-way pallets stacked up to 72" high (this is a standard Amazon pallet size), that fits 2 cubic meters. (Beware: a lot of other 3PL companies will tell you that a standard pallet size is 48x40x50 or some will go up to 60", but for Amazon 72" is the standard. In other words, if you send products that will fit on 30 standard 72" pallets to us, we will pack it that way, where most other logistics companies will pack it onto 45 pallets when it could fit on 30 pallets, thus costing you a third more in storage.) We store product on inventory pallet racking so as not to damage any product.
We always highly recommend that you have your product inspected at the supplier's facilities before it is shipped. This will save you significant time and money, however that being said, we can do any inspection needed, from basic check upon arrival, to unpackaging and testing of products. The more thorough we get, we do a time-motion study on the inspection for accurate pricing. We can and do on a regular basis handle extremely thorough inspections and handlings for customers that need it. In other words we are willing to do anything you need with your product.
We do understand that errors at times occur after product has arrived at FBA (Fulfillment-by-Amazon) from supplier or other 3PL (third-party logistics) companies, and we are set up to receive recalled product from Amazon, and unpack, thoroughly inspect, repack, relabel individual product, and also supply master cartons as needed, and ship back to FBA for sale.
Forwarding means when we have your master cartons in our warehouse, either stored or just received, and we push them on to a wholesale purchaser or an FBA (Fulfillment-by-Amazon) warehouse for you. If you are forwarding to FBA, you will be creating your shipping plan in your Seller Central account and will be forwarding the FBA labels to us. If you are in need of assistance with creating a shipment plan in your Seller Central account, our shipping department is more than willing to assist in creating a cost-effective shipment plan to Amazon.
